Exàntas International, LLC is a development firm based in Washington DC and the Middle East. Our collective brings extensive leadership in international development, peacekeeping, humanitarian initiatives, strategic design, and program implementation across the Middle East, West Africa, and the Caribbean.

• Donor Coordination and Aid Effectiveness, including managing engagements with bilateral donors, philanthropic, and multilateral development partners.
• Monitoring, Evaluation, Research, and Learning (MERL), with specialized experience in Third-Party Monitoring (TPM) for humanitarian assistance and developing comprehensive Activity, Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Plans (AMELPs).
• Local Governance, Civil Society Strengthening, and Political Reform
• Crisis, Conflict, and Post-Conflict Stabilization and Resilience, including the design of mechanisms for aid coordination and dialogue in complex settings. 

Deep Regional and Sectoral Experience in the Middle East

Exántas International is uniquely positioned to address the complex challenges of the Middle East, backed by significant, recent, and hands-on regional experience:

• Gaza Response: Our leadership has directed the operationalization of humanitarian assistance delivery across several sites in Gaza during periods of extreme instability. Furthermore, Exántas International is skilled in facilitating Senior Leader engagement with Gulf Partners to address critical bottlenecks in distribution of humanitarian aid in Gaza, Syria, and Yemen.
• Iraq, Syria, and Yemen: Our principals have held senior roles on major projects in Iraq, while also directing monitoring and evaluation of humanitarian assistance in Yemen. Our in-country expertise further encompasses capacity building activities and managing governance portfolios.
• Peacekeeping and Stability: We offer direct experience of performing verification missions, and in post-conflict stabilization programming.
• Technical Advisory and Capacity Building: Our team includes specialists who provide policy advice, technical support, and capacity-strengthening to ministries and international bodies on aid management, effectiveness, and coordination in countries like Iraq, Yemen and the Palestine-West Bank.
